Acid dyes are a class of water-soluble dyes with acidic groups on the structure, which are usually dyed and printed under acidic conditions when applied. There are many varieties of acid dyes, complete chromatography, simple dyeing process, bright color, widely used in wool, silk, nylon and its mixed textile. It is also suitable for Leather, ink, paper, wood and other industries.

 

Commonly used acid dye process:

1. Strong acid dyes

Dye x%.

Sodium Sulphate Anhydrous 5-15%.

Sulfuric acid 1-3%.

 

2. Weakly acidic dyes

Dye x%.

Acidic leveling agent 0.5-3%.

Ammonium sulfate 2-5% (light, medium).

Glacial acetic acid 0.5-3% (dark).

Fixing agent 3-6%.
